Swatch samples are ordered by selecting a colour on the products page, or the colours page.
Click on the colour you are interested in to open to the page for that colour. Select the desired finish and scroll down to the 'Get a Sample' tab and open it to reveal an 'Add to Sample Basket' button. Select the product required either board (doors) or laminate (benchtop) or both, click 'Add to Sample Basket'. The sample will be added to the cart at the top of the page highlighted in green. View the cart and follow the check out prompts.
Samples are sent via Australian priority post and should be received within 2-10 business days.
You can download a single colour on the colours page by selecting a colour and clicking the 'Download Swatch' tab or download the entire polytec colour range on the Download Colours page.
While we strive to represent our colours as accurately as possible online, variations in screen resolution, device settings and lighting can impact how colours appear. For the most accurate representation, we recommend visiting a polytec Selection Studio or ordering a free sample via our website.
This ensures you can view the product in your intended space and lighting conditions before making a final selection.

If you're working on a project with strict compliance requirements, we recommend checking the Technical Data Sheets or speaking with your local polytec representative to ensure the right product selection.
Where joints are required for example in a benchtop application two adjoining products of the same design structure will not match across the grain or pattern. The reason for this is each sheet of material is not the same, designs start throughout each sheet at different intervals making them individual.
polytec do not grain match timberprints, stone pattens and abstract colours where a joint is required.

Yes, polytec allows product returns or exchanges, however these are subject to specific terms and conditions. Items must be in original, saleable condition, and some made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

Unless deemed faulty, Steccawood, Compact Laminate, and Xenolith products cannot be returned. These items are either made to order or held in limited stock, and as such are not eligible for return under our standard policy.
