Gregory St has been designed with a timeless aesthetic and richness of material. With clean lines, large expanses of glass and a horizontal emphasis the home maximises the lake views before it. The ceiling volumes have been sculpted to delineate areas the otherwise open plan design. The consistency of materials throughout the residence creates the illusion of greater space than the actual floor area. The colour palette of Notaio Walnut and green kit-kat tiles, emphasised this homes connection with nature.
