This new build residence, backing onto a serene parkland, features a thoughtfully designed fit-out encompassing the kitchen, dining, laundry, and wardrobes. The standout element is the striking kitchen and dining area, inspired by Piet Mondrian’s iconic artwork Composition with Red, Blue and Yellow.

Taking cues from the artwork’s geometric precision and bold visual rhythm, the cabinetry features a sophisticated combination of polytec Plantation Ash, Natural White, and gold mirror accents. Varying cabinet sizes are seamlessly integrated with an impeccable level of detail—delivering a clean, joint-free aesthetic that enhances the overall impact.

With expansive views to the adjacent park, the kitchen and dining zones exude a sense of contemporary luxury, artfully balancing functionality with expressive, gallery-like design.
