LOLA Townhouses

Lola Essendon is a considered exploration of what multi-residential living can become when approached with the same rigour and ambition typically reserved for bespoke homes. Designed for two closely connected families, the project reimagines the side-by-side townhouse typology as a cohesive yet individualised living environment. Each residence is conceived as a refined, contemporary dwelling defined by disciplined minimalism, where clean lines are softened through a deliberate use of curvature, natural materials and tactile finishes.
