Oía House

The Oía house follows a modern-mid-century style while accommodating 21st-century architectural innovations. Its distinctive interiors, though simple in their form, utilise an array of materials to add a sense of depth, linked together through a consistent colour palette. The kitchen, laundry and mudrooms used polytec Topiary Smooth combined with polytec Tasmanian Oak Woodmatt in perfect balance while complimenting the white concrete floors and stone benchtop creating a sense of calm.
