JQZ's brief revolved around crafting a full floor speculative suite that stands out in the market and seamlessly integrates with the high-end aesthetic of the St Leonards development. Sheldon designed and constructed a large open plan breakout area at the entrance of the suite to accommodate entertaining, collaborating and presentations. Unique features of the space include a custom quiet library area with bespoke joinery and acoustic ceiling tiles.
