Rocky Road Apartments

A turnkey project comprising eight residential rental apartments, purpose-built for the unique alpine environment of Lake Crackenback Resort in the Snowy Mountains region.

The design brief required materials that were not only sympathetic to the natural alpine setting, but also robust enough to endure the demands of commercial use. This balance of durability and aesthetic sensitivity was central to the project’s success.

Joinery throughout the apartments was designed with efficiency and practicality in mind, incorporating smart storage solutions and spatial planning to maximise usability without compromising on style. The result is a series of interiors that feel warm, resilient, and thoughtfully connected to their surroundings.
