Scarborough Apartment
Bond Theory was approached to breathe new life into this old school apartment 70’s. This compact space was to be designed efficiently to capture living needs whilst creating a modern ocean retreat. The textural creamy palette showcases polytec’s Boston Oak and natural white paired with reflective Spanish hand cut ceramics and smooth micro-cement.
