Speculative Suite

A speculative suite was required for a 300sqm tenancy within a premium CBD asset. The design response was a sophisticated & warm palette that was aimed at appealing to a mature, professional services tenant. The fitout features an impressive entry that can accommodate future secure zone requirements and built areas that account for future flexibility. The floor plan is efficient and resolved, maximising the amount of natural light and providing inviting collaborative spaces.
