The Woolstore in Kingsborough

A bold step to create an unconventional, yet familiar design in a prominent location. Polytec played a significant role in fusing the industrial New York style interior to the bold red brick exterior, two colour schemes were used Stone Grey Matt and Black Matt. Colours paid homage to the natural materials and added a heighted level of luxury to the development.
