Hot Black was engaged by ANZ to take a unique and fresh approach to deliver a reinvented call centre environment. Celebrating collaboration throughout and a sense of 'energise & play' over the multiple levels, Hot Black developed a connected landscape concept where the teams could congregate, rest and retreat whilst being 100% agile. This flexible approach is conveyed via the clever use of materiality, colour & work settings which also celebrates indigenous culture & sustainability throughout.
